Dear Anon,
One can place a bedside table between the toilet door and the bed. Here, one also has to place a table / reading lamp on it.
By doing so, it will act as a `partition' between the toliet area and the bed.
For the sha qi i.e. corner pointing towards the bed, especially if it is made of wood you can use a wind chime. You can try this out. Since metal is overall quite a safe element to use and there should normally not be any `harm' doing this i.e. experiment.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
