Topic: Auspicious Site of a condominium?

The condominium site that I am keen on, is situated about 100 metres diagonally opposite an MRT station with elevated tracks about 10 metres high. A small section of the condo site was previously occupied by a couple of graves which had since been exhumed. Constuction of the condo has not begin yet. the fengshui of the site favourable ?
