Generally, in this aspect having a mirror visible from where you sleep is not very good. Best you can do is either remove the mirror, keep the door of the bedroom close or at least put some screen in the bedroom to block it.

Given that both of you are frequently sick, it would seem to me that either you have a bedroom with a Flying Star of the sector containing sickness star (2/5 stars) or the room you are staying in happens to fall under your 4 inauspicious sector (eg. Spook/Irritation/Disaster/Death).
You might want to investigate the matter more using the Eight House Report or Flying Star report to see what's going on.
If the problem lies with the Eight House, you can try to reposition your beds into better directions.
If the problem lies with the house Feng Shui itself, then you will likely need to apply cures to the sector depending on what are the problems stars in that area.

Please see my above recommendations for removing the mirror, closing the bedroom door or adding some screens to block it.
Otherwise, without other details, it is difficult to advice you on other solutions.
