Generally this is an inauspicious combination due to the 2 & 5 so you need to use the 6 coins with a red string cure to solve it.

Generally, you can leave it as it forms a good combination when all three occurs together.

You will have to use the Pillars of Destiny to determine your element and whether you are a weak or strong person as a detailed analysis has to be done before you can tell if you are a weak or strong person.
