First, the good news is that the moles mentioned under the illustration at
https://www.geomancy.net/fs/face.htm
usually refers to `significance' of inauspicious moles.
Thus the `good news' is that any other positions are either considered neutral or if wants one to consider acceptable locations.
Frankly, I have researched further on the mole you mentioned, yet.
