In authentic heaven and earth luck assessment, here are the main considerations:
1. It would be a disadvantage for a weak fire or strong water person especially the breadwinner to have a water position inside his / her home.
2. In authentic Feng Shui; the true `meaning' or the closest to a wealth corner for a water position is thru the application of Flying Star Feng Shui. For example, locations that have #6 or #7 and if the condition - is applicable; can exist with water position.

Often, and depending on the Managing Agents or later, the MCST; such areas are common property. And, some condos have strict rules on placing anything at the common area even if - it is a `private' area.
Frankly, such things are unhealthy, since, ultimately, they get dirty easily etc....
The most popular twin pairs are - a pair of lions. But again, these must be plumb, smiling.
In the past messages, I have mentioned which pair belongs to the left or right side. Do a search, to find out more.
It is interesting to note also; that in the past, an official's rank can also be seen on the number of humps on the forehead of a lion. The more humps or (lines) on the forehead of the lion suggests a high ranking one.
