Dear Anon,
Is it possible for you to sketch your layout plan using a paint program and attach as either e.g. .gif or .jpg as it is quite difficult to understand the text sketch although you had taken much time in drawing it.
This was the reason, I opened your message several times, wanted to review your message but could not comprehen with the lack of a proper layout sketch.
