Dear Anon,
In Feng Shui practise, if your office table is in a position to look out to a corridor or an open window into the rest of the office area, one may consider a pair of dragon figurines aimed outwards. Note: that this is not always applicable to everyone.

There is a difference between Weak or Strong Earth element as shown below:-
Birth Element: Weak Earth
Favourable Element/Colour: Fire (red), Earth (yellow)
Unfavourable Element/Colour: Wood (green/brown), Metal (white/gold)
Wealth Element/Colour: Water (blue/black/gray)
NOTE: Wealth element auspicious only if you are a Strong Earth, otherwise it will bring you lots of problem
Birth Element: Strong Earth
Favourable Element/Colour: Metal (white/gold), Wood (green/brown), Water (blue/black/gray)
Unfavourable Element/Colour: Fire (red), Earth (yellow)
Wealth Element/Colour: Water (blue/black/gray) Note: Strong Earth person can directly take advantage of water.
You have to becareful whether you are weak or strong earth.
