Dear Fanny,
In an open cubicle system, most of the time, we have to make do with the sitting position imposed on us.
In a room concept, or one occupies a room, usually, the office desk may be able to be tilted to a good direction.
Unfortuantely, in an open concept, we may have to take on any table.
If this is such the situation, then, hopefully, we can face one of our 4 best directions.
If you have not used the Free Eight House report on sitting position, you can use it to check out your sitting location. This is simply taking an ordinary compass and looking at the direction you are facing i.e. sitting down and facing to work.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
