Dear Elena,
You may have to do some homework and approach a Feng Shui Master to work out the terms of reference for the study / tutorship and accomodation. This also includes the individual country's visa restrictions on employment if any.
In most part of the Far East, one should be expected to have some knowledge in Mandarin. For those who are going to Hong Kong, most likely must know some Cantonese - at least.
Today, you may expected to pay quite a tidy sum or even may expect to be rejected outright for a 1:1 type of course. Usually, you would end up taking a course with a group of participants for e.g. a few days only.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
