Open carpark trellis & clubhouse trellis

Shapes and Forms Feng Shui:

Whenever we are apartment hunting; always look out for sha qi or poison arrow(s) in the form of structures that seems to "threaten" the stack or unit.

Fortunately, in this development: Evergreen Park at Hougang Avenue 7; the spikes or roof or trellis spikes of the open air carpark does not pose any issue to the 2nd storey apartments.

Note: the first level or ground level is both the car park and "void deck" area.

If there are apartments at ground level; then the trellis "spikes" would have posed as a poison arrow aimed towards many of the units. Fortunately, this is not, here.
