kitchen: stove and refrigerator next to each other Cecil Lee Cecil Lee firstname.lastname@example.org
Dear Anon (Hidden for Privacy),
The theme for the kitchen is where both fire and water are used. In any kitchen, there will always be the water element versus
the fire element.
The key essence is a good balance between yin and yang (water
and fire) which can result in good fortune while the opposite can result in a misfortune. Other aspects of kitchen Feng Shui includes the location as wall as facing of the stove. In addition, another element most commonly found in a kitchen is the metal element such as cooking utensils. And this element is often used as a bridge between water and fire elements.
In the kitchen the most important consideration is the position
of the kitchen and stove. In Feng Shui each compass direction
is associated with an element. For example, the kitchen and stove should not be located at north which is associated with the water element: water drowns fire. Another key important location to avoid is placing the kitchen and stove in the north-west or Heaven's gate. Here north-west also represents the head of the household i.e. father.
The fridge and sink are important considerations also because one should avoid placing them next to the stove as this can cause a
conflict of water versus fire. More importantly, the kitchen should be
well lit and ventilated and preferably the person cooking can see the door.
In fact, this and some of these notions are more important than to say that the stove and fridge is in my health sector. Here, we can only look at the Eight House for clues on this: If we do not spent time at this sector, we often are not "influnenced" by that sector.
